Pressure Washing Preparation Checklist

To ensure the best cleaning results and a smooth service day, please review this simple preparation checklist before your scheduled pressure washing appointment. Taking a few minutes to prepare your property helps protect your home, improves cleaning effectiveness, and allows our team to complete your service safely and efficiently.

Most customers complete this checklist in under 10 minutes.

Please ensure all service areas are fully accessible at the time of arrival.

• Gates unlocked
• Driveways and walkways clear
• All areas included in your service accessible
• Exterior electrical outlets accessible if needed

You do not need to be present during service provided access is available.

Failure to provide access may require rescheduling or a trip fee.

Water Access

A functioning outdoor water source is required to perform service.

• Outdoor spigot turned ON
• Water source accessible and operational
• Notify us in advance if your property uses well water or has low water pressure

Lack of water access may result in rescheduling or additional service fees.

Exterior cleaning may expose pre-existing issues not previously visible.
